    Keep in mind that I do work for Enhansoft. I will point you to Monitor Information Report (MIR) and Enhance Web reporting (EWR) They will do most of what you are looking for, Mir for Monitors and EWR for Printers . As for USB, have you looked at the built-in reporting for this?
