"Migrate" a prepared OSD to USB drive.
By Maestro,
Hello everyone!
I have a few ready-to-deploy OS Task Sequences. They were tested and successfully deployed via SCCM (v.1606) already. And now I have the task to prepare these "OSD-TS"s for installation from USB drive. So the question is: do I have to create new TS, pointing the output to stand-alone media (the very beginning of "New TS Media" Wizard) or there is more quick way like just copy existing TS and "redirect" it's output to stand-alone media? Maybe some kind of PS script can
SCCM 1702 bug to be aware of
By Config Mangler,
We are experiencing this bug in SCCM 1702 where we can’t import certain computer records.
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/fadf5381-793f-4a9b-865d-17c6b9cddbe4/cm-1702-importcmcomputerinformation?forum=ConfigMgrPowerShell
SCCM seems to be holding the MAC address even though there is no computer record so gives an error that the MAC is not unique when importing.

SCCM Content Library Cleanup
By Scottpowers82,
Hi all!
So I am working to migrate my old SCCM 2012 R2 install to a new server while also upgrading to the 1702 version on a new Server 2016 install. I have the new server setup and upgraded to 1702. I also upgraded my old system to the 1606 version. Before I actually migrate my data, I am trying to do some cleanup on the old server so I don't bring over all the extra "fluff" that I don't need from the old system. So, thankfully, I am trying the new ContentLibraryCleanup tool in 1702 an

Setting up New Remote WSUS for SCCM 1702
By sbuck,
I'm setting up WSUS for the first time on a 2016 box and I've also setup SCCM 1702 on it's own 2016 box. I've went through on the WSUS box and added the WSUS role with it's defaults and it successfully syncs from Microsoft. So I went back to our new SCCM 1702 box and added the SUP and the WSUS ports there are set for 8530/8531. I have the WSUS Admin Console installed on the SCCM box so I can see what's going on. I have added the SCCM computer account to the Administrator's Group on the WSUS
