    By gomezar,

A Software update group was created, downloaded and is targeting the Unknown computer collections to make it available during OSD.   I find errors on the smsts.log   Failed to run the action": Install Software update: Unknown error (Error:80244010: Source Unknown)   Will like to see this method to work or use another method to

Hello everyone, I have to build a lab (which need to be as close as our production infrastructure) for current branch with 1 CAS , 4 primary servers and 8 distribution points (1 DP role on each primary + 4 independent DP). All of this will be on an ESXi with 64GB RAM and 3TO disk space. This platform is mostly for testing, it won't have a lot of clients. We will use SQL server 2014 standart edition. What would be your advices concerning the sizing of the servers in term of RAM and disks spac

    By Kevin79,
I have a computer that disappears from the console any time it sees that the client in installed. The only way to get it back is to do a full discovery but the it shows that the client isn't installed, even though it is. I've tried reimaging the computer, removing the SCCM client, reinstalling it, etc. with the same results. Anyone ever see this before?

    By robiso22,
Hi,   Yesterday I tried to make our site server and distribution points SSL. There are a ton of guides on the internet for how to do this. I think i ended up using this one: https://sccmguy.com/2013/11/26/pki-certificates-for-configuration-manager-2012-r2-part-1-of-4-web-server-certificate/. However, when we were done, client communication stopped. Some of the relevant logs:   From CcmMessaging Successfully queued event on HTTP/HTTPS failure for server 'XXX'. Patch Tuesday happens once a month, every month, for the last number of years. But this months patch Tuesday, didn't happen because Microsoft declined to release any updates as per their blog post here.
