Rob W yes, it look like you are missing the file microsoft.configurationmanager.replicationconfigurationandmonitoring.dll in your ISO image. If you created an ISO file with WINISO for example then this file is not availible with this long name en deep dir structure. Copy the Beta 2 files directly into your VM Image (Isuppose you are using this one) and run the splash from there, oh ja please Uninstall SCCM2012 first and remove all registery key manually.
