Site Service Account Error

Hi, I am getting below mentioned error in my configuration Manager 2007 "Site Status - Component Status" Error : "Systems Management Server cannot create the object "SMS-Site-CDL" in Active Directory. Possible cause: This site's SMS Service account or the site server's machine account may not have full control rights for the "System Management" container in Active Directory" Request you to please first guide me where is Service Account Located on site and how to resent the password of site service account. As i am very new for any deployment tool, I Request you guys to help me or guide me.. Regards - Pankkaj Bharadwaj
