Blocking Flash Player Automatic Updates

I block the Automatic Updates of Flash Player distributing the file "Settings.sol" between the computers. This file is in a repository and I once a month SCCM distributes them between computers. This file is copied to the profile of each user. I created an advertisement that runs on computers the 15th of each month. My question is if anyone knows if when I introduce a computer in the domain before the 15th, the program runs at the time and not wait for the 15th. Do I need the option marked "As soon as possible" in the advertisement? Has anyone tried this? thanks!
