SCCM 2012 At the end on the config mgr setuip wizard i get the following error:- Setup has encountered fatal errors during database initialization This is from the log file ConfigMgrSetupWizard Verbose: 1 : Received error [setup has encountered fatal errors during database initialization. Check the log for details.] from native code.

On the final step of the Config Mgs Setup Wizard i get the following error "Setup cannot create the required database tables" ConfigMgrSetupWizard Verbose: 1 : Received error [setup cannot create the required database tables. Contact your SQL administrator.] from native code. ConfigMgrSetupWizard Error: 1 : Exception message: [Object reference not set to an instance of an object.], Exception details: [system.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

i INSTALLED APP USING SCCM THE APP INSTALLED AND CREATED FOLDER WITH CONTENTS BUT NO ICONS IN START MENU OR DESKTOP CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM MISSING THANK YOU
