I've been getting an odd SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER issue, it throws the basic and vague WSUS Synchronization failed. Failed to sync some of the updates. Then when I check the wsyncmgr.log I see this *** [23000][2627][Microsoft] [sql Server]Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'CI_DocumentStore_AK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CI_DocumentStore'. The duplicate key value is (5c9f6f83-e086-4e8f-a3e1-254d3cf45f25). $$<SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER><04-24-2012 06:20:42.563+240><thread=6112 (0x17E0)>[/b][b]Failed to sync update d41bee01-340d-4c82-b64d-0e98c0ae1c6f. Error: Failed to save update 5c9f6f83-e086-4e8f-a3e1-254d3cf45f25. CCISource error: -1. Source: Microsoft.SystemsManagementServer.SoftwareUpdatesManagement.UpdatesManager.UpdatesManagerClass.DefineUpdate [/b] Which is clearly a SQL error with a dupe key in the tables, but I've been getting this since I first installed the SUP, I've tried removing SUP and Wsus and it always comes back, has anyone seen this issue? The only thing I haven't tried to removing SUP and WSUS and waiting a few days. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks
