  1. Ok, I will bite, Why do they need to the All Systems collection? If you write your All Workstations / All Server collections correctly, there should be no need for this. except in rare cases. Then you are the overall admin, will fix it for them.
  2. Just be aware that there is no guarantee that SW will return results for any computer, even if it has in the past. This is a well-documented and known issue that the 4-hour timeout will abandon the results and never update CM. So unless you look for the issue you will never know it happens.
  3. Why not update the SQL query and not user SSRS itself. Something like this. Select datepart(mm,getdate()-1) as 'month'
  4. Does the computer know it belongs to that OU? has the Heartbeat discovery run on that computer?
  5. First off, I never recommend using SW inventory there are just far too many problems with it. https://www.enhansoft.com/?s=software+inventory Even if I did do it, I wouldn't recommend do it daily. It just takes too long and there is no guarantee that it will ever return results. What exactly are you doing with it?
  6. check to see if the report is looking for a number or a name.
  7. Ys you can do this but you will need to edit the report and modify the monthly prompt to use getdate and datepart to auto populate the prompt.
  8. Not sure, but I'm sure that Avest can answer that for you.
  9. I would reverse steps 1 and 2. For that matter, I'm not sure that you need step 1 at all.
  10. Did you run the script as the local system account on ones of these computers? https://verbalprocessor.com/2007/12/05/running-a-cmd-prompt-as-local-system/
  11. Have you looked at any of those computers and run the script as the local system to confirm the results.
  12. Hutch, I believe it is under the Queries node. What exactly are you looking for?
  13. Yes, it is more than just click it on the client. You should never use SW inventory, it is useless. It depends on what right click tool you have but some allow you to force a full inventory.
  14. Force a full inventory to occur on the client.
  15. How is that wrong? SCEP is not installed on those computers so... In the end, you will likely need to create a custom report for this.
  16. The logs will tell you for sure if CM is deleted the drivers but I doubt it. SCEP maybe but I seriously doubt CM.
  17. How exactly did you set up your deployment on the Distribution Points tab?
  18. Until the content is download for a mandatory advert. I wouldn't even worry about it showing up in software center. Work on why the content is not downloading.
  19. Is the content getting downloaded?
  20. I would use IP ranges instead of anything else. This guarantees that everything is right, whereas IP subnet, AD boundaries, etc. don't.
  21. What type of boundaries are you using? What boundaries match up with a problem client? What is the IP and subnet mask of a problem client?
  22. Are your boundaries right? Can you see the content downloading?
  23. May this GIF will help explain things. Does the URL work in IE or chrome? It should work.
  24. Again, my point being if you take the URL and paste it into IE does it work? It should work. If it doesn't work then that shows you the problem. If it does work, do it again with the Local System account and IE, does that work?
  25. First off that is not the same URL as above. Secondly. In the URL above, can you in a browser download this cab file? if not this is your problem. There is a network issue between the client and the URL.
