  1. First off that is not the same URL as above. Secondly. In the URL above, can you in a browser download this cab file? if not this is your problem. There is a network issue between the client and the URL.
  2. ok but if you open the URL HTTP://SCCM01.XXX.YYYYY/SMS_FSP/.sms_fsp on one of these computers work?
  3. Having remote SQL will increase your network traffic. So there is a balance between the options.
  4. if you open the URL in a browser on that computer does it work? Do you have a Proxy server in place?
  5. There is NO license cost for SQL Server, this included SQL Always ON Basic.
  6. BUT why? Why do you care about CPU utilization? and what about my other questions?
  7. Ok, I will bite, why do you want to reduce SQL CPU utilization? What do these mean? "In fact not for SQL (Due to Commercial items)" and "The Ultimate goal is to reduce the SQL CPU Utilization."
  8. That error is always a networking error, DNS or Firewall generally. Start there.
  9. Without knowing how to created the collection, no one can answer this question without guessing. Heartbeat or hardware is the best anwsers.
  10. First off it is NOT recommended to set up scanning schedule at a defined time. HW Inv should be set to a daily simple schedule, SW Inv. should be turned off or set to a simple schedule every 14 days. SU Scan should be set to a simple schedule every 1-2 days. I'm not sure why you changed the SWM from the default 7 days on a simple schedule. Setting a defined time for scanning is doing the exact opposite of limited traffic. Everything should already be a simple schedule, this will help balance the traffic through ou the day (mostly the morning).
  11. I would never support Not going to Windows 2016. Why would you start with an OS that is already 6 years old and only has 4 more years of life! What a huge waste of time.
  12. You will need to look at and install one of the various web services. They will allow you to delete a computer from AD and SCCM. Plus do a whole lot more too. Find the one that you trust the most.
  13. it will depend on which CRL method but you should be able to copy the file from one to the other.
  14. And what about AD? Are you discovering it or cleaning it up too?
  15. You can have more than one CRL, so you could set it up with no extra ports needed.
  16. Two questions. Why not create a CLR that is accessible from the internet? Why use HTTPS at all if you are not going to use one of its main features.
  17. Which accounts are you talking about? Using with SCCM how?
  18. Did you change the database from Master to you CM database? Look at this blog post. https://www.enhansoft.com/blog/invalid-object-name-in-sql-server-management-studio-ssms
  19. Use this method to inventory .Net then you can create collections based on the results.
  20. Error 80072ee2 = The operation timed out This is generally a firewall or routing issue.
  21. if you found an answer then post it to help other.
  22. I would suggest that you upgrade them as you see fit but I would upgrade them faster as fast as possible. If you designed your environment correctly, this upgrade should be no worse than the average app upgrade or SU deployment.
  23. What results does it bring back that you are not expecting?
  24. No, it is not an automatic upgrade. What is Big network traffic? Does it really matter? if you want to use the new feature you need the latest client.
