  1. What you are asking for is almost impossible. Why you ask? Well that is because there is an avg of 186 SW title installed on each computer. This would mean that you will have to compare at 186 titles, If you have more than one model of computer you will need to add the SW titles for that model too. Then at least each month you will need to update the list as titles and versions are updated. This will be an never ending battle. So what should you do instead? You should create a report that will compare two or more computers can list the differences. Something similar to this. https://www.enhansoft.com/blog/comparison-of-installed-software-is-february-2017s-free-configuration-manager-report
  2. This can be done by using the System Type attribute within the System class, this coupled with the Caption name within the OS Class is all that you need to do this.
  3. Do anyone of those account have logins?
  4. Keep in mind that it is recommend to access the reports from the web interface and not via the console as there is less overhead. Plus do you really want to give someone the console just to view reports? Also keep in mind that if the web interface doesn't work then neither will ConfigMgr
  5. Neither application nor packages, will use your credentials, therefore there is no point in looking at this. At best it could be related to Network access account but that would be used for all deployments not just some.
  6. And you should look at Patch My PC too. But my original question still stands, what is wrong with your current 3rd party patch catalog for wsus? if it works in wsus, it shodul work in CM, so....
  7. and what is wrong with using the same ones you used for WSUS?
  8. It might work, try it but honestly I have problems with some SMB servers used as package shares.
  9. Are you sure, that the computer is talking to the mp? Is your MP healthy? Have you tested it?
  10. It is time to contact CSS directly for support, they can work with you to solve the problem.
  11. No, Why do you think it is not a boundaries issue?
  12. I'm not following you, please post a screenshot.
  13. The account does NOT require admin rights that is for sure.
  14. So did you enable remote errors like it suggests? https://www.enhansoft.com/blog/turn-on-remote-error-reporting
  15. That is by design, that you apps don't reinstall on clients if everything else is equal. If I remember right, use the export and import feature to have the ids change.
  16. You can't, it need to be a AD/Windows account.
  17. Keep in mind that I do work for Enhansoft. I will point you to Monitor Information Report (MIR) and Enhance Web reporting (EWR) They will do most of what you are looking for, Mir for Monitors and EWR for Printers . As for USB, have you looked at the built-in reporting for this?
  18. The short answer is there are several places to find SW within CM, some are better than others. The ARP views are: SMS_G_System_ADD_REMOVE_PROGRAMS SMS_G_System_ADD_REMOVE_PROGRAMS_64
  19. Sure you can collect those type of details but in some case you will need 3rd party add-on to get reliable results. The SNMP will not get your anything reliably and CMCB will not use the JetDirect protocol.
  20. SMS_G_System_SoftwareProduct is not ARP data. If I remember right that is AI data... So... Try using ARP data instead (Installed Applications)
  21. Without your exact queries, no one can truly answer this question. Could this be the result of stale data from previous software inventories? Yes it could be. If so, what is the best method to clean that out? Force a full HW inventory.
  22. If it is an MSI then use a MST file to remove the icon.
  23. 0x87D00324 = The application was not detected after installation completed. So this mean that after the setup is completed, it can't see the detection. A reboot might be need for this to work.
  24. Bad environment, typical mean that you have restricted what OS , how much RAM, etc. has to be available before you can install the app. So without knowing exactly what you have configured there isn't a lot anyone can do to help.
