  1. The logs are generally found here C:\inetpub\logs
  2. It is Not normal for that file to be deleted, As such you should look at restoring your site or re-building it fresh. If
  3. I would check firewalls and cert.. 0x80072efe = The connection with the server was terminated abnormally
  4. Ok, I have to ask, why are you not include these files within the package and running the batch file locally, instead of mapping a drive? Why are you making your life difficult by using mapped drives/UNCs?
  5. Look at the properties of the service, you will find it listed there.
  6. Did you check to see if the exec service file actually exist? This would explain all the errors.
  7. A ping is not good enough you need to be able to connect to them via WMI. if you can't do that then none of the RCT will work. Check your firewalls.
  8. Where are you seeing that? Which RCT did you install? Are firewalls enabled anywhere? Have you contacted the author of the RCT about this issue? What did they say?
  9. Just because I'm sure that I'm not alone. I looked VPP (before my orginal reply) and I was guessing it was either of these "Virtual Presence Protocol" or "Virtual Path Partitioning". Who know it would be Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP)!
  10. It still lags but not that far behind these days. I'm not sure this is a Intune question at all. Not that I'm aware of. What is VPP?
  11. I personally would avoid HTTPS, it add a lot of complexity. you only need to open ports 80 and 8530 at a minimum. I also would not put a in secondary site in DMZ, this will cause other issues.
  12. How often are you running your WSUS sync? If it is only daily then that could be your problem? BTW, I generally fine that more orgs only use ARD for SCEP update nothing more. Everything else is handle my admin.
  13. If the log shows that there are 46 and WMI doesn't, then it sound like your client(s) are not healthy. I would suggest contacting CSS directly for support, they can work with you or solve this problem.
  14. Have you looked at the AI log on the client computer?
  15. -2016410559 = The deployment metadata is not available on the client. You need to contact the author of the Console extension.
  16. You create it the same way you created the one above. How exactly did you great that one?
  17. Simple, use multiple sub-select queries.
  18. Keep in mind that I work for Enhansoft. HP keep change their setup, From. what I understand they are trying to get everyone to use their tool (paid service) or a partner tool like our Warranty Information Reporting Tool. It has been a while since I tested any of the freebee scripts but If you dig around you might be able to find one that work for some of the HP computers. Most of the scripts that I have seen are long out of date.
  19. How much $$s are you planning of spending? What exactly are you looking for(provide an example)? Why does it need to integrate with CM12 AI?
  20. I would turn OFF SW inventory, as it is useless and a huge pain. If you insist on keep it, then make it occur every 21-30 days. See fi that help, if it doesn't then there isn't much you can do but roll up your sleeves and start digging.
  21. I can't tell you which log file to look at until you narrow which item is causing the issue. Why do you think it is CM12? Why is it not WSUS or AV scanning? What is you SW inv agent scan cycle set to? How many server do you have now? So 30 out of x?
  22. It is time for you to call MS Support. There isn't much more that I can do to help.
  23. This is more of an AD question that and CM12 question. I would ask in a AD forum.
  24. You will need to review the log file to know what is going on when the page file is filling up. But I can say I have never see or heard of this issue before. You can also try and replicate the issue by finding a computer that is not having the issue and then triggering each action item until the issue occurs. Remember to leave at least ~30 minutes between each item. If I has to guess I would say it was SW inv or SU scan.
  25. Why don't you use the report entitled. "Computers with specific software registered in Add Remove Programs"
