sccm 2012 SP1 - missing AM and PM on report subscription

Regional settings are set to Bulgarian, and yes I have 24 hours format clock - H:mm:ss; H:mm BUT I cannot set the time at 13:00 for example. Max time that I can get is 12:59. Now it set to 8:00 and it sends e-mails at 20:00 o`clock. __________________________________- I found the solution. I have to add explicitly AM and PM symbols in regional settings which are empty by default. Thanks again. -
Hello everyone, I have a problem with settings on report subscription. There is missing characters AM PM on time field SQL server is 2012 with sql 2012 CU2 SCCM server - server 2012 I am attaching a screenshot. Any idea?? Thanks....
