I needed to do the same thing in our deployments because some of our workstations used to have 2 partitions, and I wipe the partitions out using diskpart. Just before the diskpart command, I wipe the MBR using a tool called mbrfix. It can be found here: http://www.sysint.no/nedlasting/mbrfix.htm
