Problem With Distribution Point in SCCM2012

I have an identical error, but had the NO_SMS_ON_DRIVE.SMS before I created the content. It appears that my content is splitting between the two drives. Should I remove the DP, delete the SCCMContentLib/SMSSIG/SMSPKG folders manually, and recreate the DP?
