OSD with 2 physical HDD

Hello Experts, i am facing quite a weird issue and here it goes.OS Installation fails when the machine has two physical hard discs. While a manual work-around could be done by deactivating the 2nd HD, I am looking at tweaking the task sequence to take care of this.. Any inputs would be highly appreciated. We are on SCCM 2007 setup and trying to standardize OSD across all regions.
