Packages or Application not getting pushed to clients

Hello, I have setup my SCCM 2012 and I am having a tough time pushing packages or applications to my Windows 7 clients... i have deleted the package and re-created it multiple times but they dont seem to get pushed. I have a domain account set under "Software Distribution" tab as a network access account and I also tried un-installing the SCCM client on a machine and then pushed it via the console but still no joy. Any ideas? Thanks A
