same issue not solve configuration is fine pls help me as i mention above erro msg here is again For the remote control only: i got this error 1- ( A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (Error: 8007274C; Source: Windows) 2- Address Lookup failed for the target host: xxxxxxxxx No such host is known. (Error: 80072AF9; Source: Windows) 3- Failed to connect to remote system. This can be caused by several conditions: system is turned off, system cannot be reached, windows firewall blocks TCP Port 2701, or remote control feature is disabled. 4-ent status message(30085) related to session with remote machine(xxxx) BTW all ports are opening from SCCM to user network

Dear , i have a problem in SCCM2012 for remote control as i opened all port in firewall (any -any) from SCCM server to user network but i face same issue cannot using remote control i configured it every thing as i attached the picture another problem for software inventorty even cannot collect information from the client by the way all client are having agent in thier PC please can any one help me regards
