What is the client's local time? The time set by the user? If multiple users use the same computer but set different times? -

Hi! I've been trying to search for the answer but the keywords are just too generic. Which 'time' does SCCM use when evaluating a client for maintenance window? The time/date set by the current logged in user? What if no user is logged in? Thank you.
