  1. Will post it when I am back at work. So I'll post every log pxe & smsts log.
  2. Thats my bootimage X86 and I distribute it towards the 2 DP's. (still no luck) But when I PXE boot I see my comp saying x64 architecture? (could that be the problem? should I use X64 boot file?) EDIT: With X64 boot image I get another error: Failed to download pxe variable file. code (0x000001) I think this issue, not getting an ip in WINPE with the X64 boot image and intel driver: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums...3529b3f/#page:1 http://blogs.technet.com/mcs-ireland-infra...nager-2007.aspx But that is something for friday. EDIT: Imported a new X64 Intel driver into the X64 boot images and I am getting an IP now. But I have the same issue as above. Not able to acces my share ://
  3. I did distribute the DP's. I can acces the share when i am in cmd (winpe). Any suggestion? Should I create new DP's ? Can I do that ? smsts.txt
  4. alright: I managed to get the logs and looked at it with SMS trace. This one failed:
  5. Ah logs in WINPE build, I was checking my SCCM server. Btw: My wds server is in native mode and my SCCM site in mixed mode, is this good? EDIT: I was in CMD at WINPE but it just rebooted ...
  6. This is my smsts log file. As you can see it stopped woking at 9th of march Which is offcourse not oké. the smspxe.log gives the following error:
  7. Yeah, normally it is and I already looked at it and there were no logs written in the smsts.log. But I think my problem is indeed the network drives (Set 3 different network drives in the bootimage). I've almost no time to setup SCCM and test it, only 8 hours a week. But i'll keep posting my problems and solutions as much as i can (read: time )
  8. Alright, I am a bit further. Still trouble shooting now with PXE client rebooting in PXE setup. Maybe because I am running on low disk space . Anyway, does pxe say something when a capture has completed??
  9. I am getting that messages when I try to capture a SONY VGN BZ11XN. WDS & PXE roles are installed Also imported boot images X64 & X86 Added OS Added drives in the bootimages Made task sequence and I advertised. Anyone know a solution?
  10. I named it this way : System Management (I wrote it wrong on the forum ) edit: Just found my problem. I am working on a installed SCCM2007 on win2003 server and it was already configured by someone else. Now the AD scheme was not extended so I extended it. But the problem still exist. I didn't look further at the problem and started to publish a client towards a pc. This worked but in the client config manager there were 2 property items "unknown". (ConfigMgr & Site mode). So I checked the site code on the server, everything stated fine till I checked the advanced tab. There is a setting which draw my attention: " Publish this site in Active Directory Domain Services". So I googled it up : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680711.aspx Because I extended the AD schema after the install of SCCM2007 , the above setting wasn't applied. Its only applied when you extended the AD schema BEFORE installing SCCM2007. I hope this helps other users
  11. Hi, I just followed your steps but it didn't work. I don't see nothing in System Managment and I granted the my sccm server the rights on the container just like its been explained. grtz
  12. Hi, Do I need to make batch file of this? Or how do you save it in notepad? Should I push it in the GPO under: Computer configuration - Windows settings - Scripts startup/shutdown. sry I've no experience with this I tried the following in cmd. cd c:\windows\system32\ccmsetup (ENTER) ccmsetup /uninstall (ENTER) this should be in a silent start up script but how?
  13. I think he means this post : http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=616 I have also a win2003 setup and the container setting doesn't work here. I exactly did what the tutorial said. I also added the server name towards the CN container. I am going to install also on server2008 to see the differences.
  14. Are these AD groups necessary? I am asking this because someone from our company installed SCCM 2007 without the AD groups. Can I manually ad them later? Btw this person that installed the SCCM doesn't work here anymore so its impossible to ask anyway
