I am trying to create a stand alone media DVD with our company image. I have captured the media, created a task sequence using MDT, created the ISO but about 5 minutes into the install on the system I get the following error code 0x00001F40. I did notice that the system I tried to install the image on still had the OS on it which tells me it did not even format the disk yet. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
