I'm not sure if this is server or SCCM related but I am having the following problem:
My update point is not downloading particular updates due to the following error message:
Errors
Failed to download content id 16822109. Error: The volume is too fragmented to complete this operation.

How does one fix this? The SCCM server is Hyper-V VM, running 2012 R2. I've optimized the disk within the VM. I've even attached a brand new VHD partition to save the updates to and still get the same error.
