    Hi Nickolaj, please disregard my earlier post. I had a mix of different problems that's why the TS wasn't deploying on time properly. Thanks.

    I have moved my start time 12 hours earlier and I'm still having problem with delays in seeing the TS -- always 1 hour to be exact after deployment. I'm using SCCM 2012 R2 SP1.
