Here are these step In the Configuration Manager console, click Assets and Compliance. In the Assets and Compliance workspace, click Device Collections. In the Device Collections list, click the collection to which you want to apply power management settings and then, in the Home tab, in the Properties group, click Properties. In the Power Management tab of the Properties dialog box, select Specify power management settings for this collection.
