Hi there, Try running a repair on the Windows 10 ADK from Programs and Features. The Windows 8 ADK shares files with the Windows 10 ADK. Once the former is removed, shared files are removed. Repairing the Windows 10 ADK followed by a reboot will reinstate those files and should resolve your issue.
