okay.did you find any difference while creating collection given from the above link ? Have you tried with above procedure under device collection node? In SCCM2012, it is mandatory to limit the collection.

Can you check if WDS service is running or not ? also check ,if you have assigned any Task sequence to unknown computers (Unknown computer collection or imported comp info Via CA).

Could you please open the file with notepad and see if the computer is what you are looking issue with. If so,try to run the Discovery data record cycle agent on the client(which has issues) and see if that resolves it. for inventory data loader issues (failed to process the bad mif files) and various reasons why this occurs ,take a look at this blog http://eskonr.com/2010/01/inventory-data-loader-issues-in-sccm-inboxes/

From the log you posted,client sent its inventory report to Site server.You will have to check site server log files if there is any problem in processing the inventory info to database. Can not predict what went wrongwithout log file(smsts.log) ,can you give some more info what/where went wrong ? the generic error 0x0000032 says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

check if WDS service is up and running ? Also Did you assign any TS to unknown computers ?

Hi, ccmsetup.log doesnt gie up any installation error .can you check client.msi file if it has any valuable info?

What is SMS agent host and what is CCMEXEC ? SMs agent host is name of the service and ccmexec is exectable running . check execmgr.log file if it has any WMI issues ? what are you trying to achive ?

did you configure software update catalog role and published the applications ?
