  3. Unfortunately I tried all troubleshooting however CSS failed to provide any possible solution after two days troubleshooting.

  5. issue got resolved after solving SQL server configuration manager issues. Open a command prompt as administrator Navigate to your SQL version’s shared directory (cd <version path>): SQL 2008: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Shared\ SQL 2008 R2: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Shared\ SQL 2012: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Shared\ SQL 2014: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\120\Shared\ Then run the following command: mofcomp sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof 1802 Upgrade successfully completed.
  6. CMUpdate.log file attached. You might get some error related to SQL as I have restarted SQL service many a times. CMUpdate (2).txt
  7. ried to open SQL Server Configuration Manager however its not allowing me to open, so I was not able to check the SQL name Pipes. screen shot already shared.
  8. Hi Found Windows Update service was stopped, after restarting that got some movement however with new error

  11. not getting any error related to SQL connection as of now. Sql is installed on same box where Primary server is installed. @GarthMJ AUTHORITY\SYSTEM is marked as Sysadmin
  12. I checked with my sql team and every thing is in place, i re-entered password for MSSQLSERVER service and restarted, no progress yet
  13. I already went through with this log file with sql error however this is an older status and If I can see now, not getting any error related to sql. my service account has sysadmin and public role enabled, kindly suggest what else I can check.
  14. Hi Niall, I am facing issue while upgrading 1802 from 1706. It is not moving forward from update content library stage. I tried all possible troubleshooting. SQL rights are correct, I tried removing the GUID and downloaded again. I already removed update using CMUpdateReset.exe multiple times, Under CMUpdate.log its showing "There are no pending update package to be processed". please help CMUpdate (2).txt
