  1. Thank you for your continued help. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there a recommended set of steps for starting fresh? I won't re-use the site code!
  2. Hi Niall, Thanks for your reply. The method you recommend will keep all the current collections, queries and packages. We would like to start over with a fresh install. Is this possible? Thanks again.
  3. We would like to ditch our existing SMS 2003 server and start over with a SCCM 2007 R2 box. I am thinking the best way to approach this is in two stages: 1) Remove SMS 2003 client software from all computers (use SMS 2003 to do this). Uninstall SMS 2003 from the server. 2) Install SCCM 2007 R2 on the new server. Configure as if it is a new install. My questions are: Is this a good idea? I am a bit worried there will be 'leftovers' from the SMS 2003 install in the AD. If I follow this procedure, can I use the same site code as before with the SCCM 2007 R2 server? I guess this isn't best practise, but it seems like it shouldn't be a problem? Many thanks in advance!
