Hi.. i used the MSDN mu_windows_7_sp1_language_pack_x64_dvd_619714.iso. I create a package source folder for the German Language Pack. The Package contains the following sub directories: de-de with the lp.cab file. For Error Analysis: I stop the OS Deploy Installation. -> Set the "UILanguage" Value manually to "de-de" in the unattended.xml File ,-> everything works fine. The German language pack installed as the default language within Windows.
