HELLOW I HAVE INSTALLED SCCM 2007 ON SERVER 2008,THE INSTALLATION WAS SUCCESSFUL 1.I HAVE A 2008 SERVER DOMAIN(DNS AND DHCP ENABLED ON THE SAME) 2.GIVEN THE PROPER PERMISSION FOR THE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT FOLDER IN ACTIVE DIRECTORY 3.SITE SYSTEM STATUS AND COMPONENT STATUS IS OK 4.SITE MODE IS MIXED MODE 5.PUBLISH THIS SITE IN ACTIVE DIRECTORY IS ENABLED 6.PUBLISH THE DEFAULT MANAGEMENT IN DNS IS ALSO ENABLED 9.IN ACTIVE DIRECTORY "SYSTEM MANAGEMENT" FOLDER HAS GIVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION (FULL CONTROL,THROUGH DELEGATION OF CONTROL) 10.BOUNDARIES CONFIGURED 11.DISCOVERY METHODE "ACTIVE DIRECTORY SYSTEM GROUP DIRECTORY" AND "ACTIVE DIRECTORY USER DISCOVERY" ONLY 12.SINGLE SITE 13.ONLY 3 COMPUTERS CONNECTED (TWO SERVER 2008+ONE WIN XP) 14.SITE ROLES ENABLED A)COFIGMGR COMPONENT SERVER B)COFIGMGR device management point C)configmgr distribution point D)COFIGMGR management point E(COFIGMGR server locater point F(COFIGMGR site server G(COFIGMGR site system H(COFIGMGR site database server PLEASE NOTE THAT MY COLLECTION CONTAINER IS EMPTY AND IT IS KILLING ME LAST TWO WEEKS PLEASE HELP ME

excellent post it helped me a lot.i installed sccm on a window 2008 server in a test environment.my setup is one server 2008 (domain+dns+dhcp),another server 2008 sccm installed and one client pc running xp is conncted to the domain.i did all the pre reuisite for sccm and sql 2005 and sccm on server 2 and the installation ws successful with out any error.i have configured active directory system management container permission for ccm server. the site status is showing ok and i can see two folders created in the system management folder in active directory.but those folders are empty.but in my collection i can see only the computer running sccm (there must be three computers including DC) active directory.active directory system discovery is enabled.please help me ,i am diying for the past two weeks on this pleassssssssssssssssssssseeeeeeee
