Hi there, I need some help in regards to installing software during a Deployment of Windows 7. I have just finished installing and configuring SCCM 2007 , following all of the fantastic guides on this site! I'm now at a point where I have Built and Captured my Windows 7 image and can successfully deploy Windows to a bare metal machine with my unattended.xml file ( still tweaking it , but have the basics sorted ) I have tested it a few times to get the process all lined up in my mind just doing a basic OS install with the Client Package. Now I am trying to install Office 2010 with the same TS, this is where I have come unstuck, is this possible? I followed all the same process' in creating my TS , added the Client package to the TS , then I add in the Office Package, all looks fine until I F12 the machine. It will connect to the PXE server and do everything it should up until I see the config manager image and it starts the first process...then she restarts on me . I removed the Office 2010 package from the TS , reset the PXE advertisements , reboot and it fires on all cylinders and completes the task without any issues. What have I missed? Is it possible to Deploy Windows 7 , and an Office package all in the same TS? The office package works , as I have installed it from SCCM onto my own machine. If there a logs I can look at, where would they be, and how do I get at them? Can someone point me in the right direction? I have tried to google it , but it's hard to phrase what it is I am asking! lol Thanks in advance Josh
