Hi, How to create a compliance report ? I need to create a report where i can get the list of windows machines that have not got the latest updates ?

I created a package for office 2010 using OCT and successfully deployed it.The command line is setup.exe and the config.xml was also modifed for a silent installation.What should i do for the silent uninstallation ? Creating a xml file called silentuninstallconfig does not work.

Hello, I tried to deploy software to a collection.It worked on some computers,worked after some time on other computers after updating DP.However on few computers i get the below message.However other packges got installed on those machines.The problem was one of the DP was ruuning out of space and two other DP's are not in production of the total DP' s attached to this package.Even the two retired ones do not have the package copied.It says ' Installed Pending' dated two months ago.My understanding is that the package cannot find the DP.When i updated the DP's after removing the packages from the one that was less on disk space the software got installed on one of the machines.However i still get the below message for some of the machines in the collection "Possible cause: The content for this program must be downloaded into the computer's cache, or the content could not be located. Solution: If the program is being downloaded, no action is required. The program will start once the download has been successfully completed. If the content can not be located, ensure that a distribution point with this content is available for this computer. Distribution point availability can be affected by roaming boundary configuration which is used to determine whether distribution points are classified as local or remote, or by enabling distribution points as protected distribution points. Distribution point availability can also be affected if you are using branch distribution points and the advertisement is configured with the option Run program from distribution point instead of Download content from distribution point and run locally. This is because branch distribution points do not support advertisements that are configured to run directly from a distribution point"

Thank you.In this case would not the report say 'it cannot because it was previouly run' in the advertisement status.I didn't get that btw what should decide whether it will be 'user rights' or 'run with admin rights' ?

Hello All, I customized a free source software and deployed it through SCCM to my test machine.It was ditributed to only one DP.I chekced 'Download content locally' instead of 'Run from distribution point'.It got downlaoded in the CCM/cache folder and installed the software without any problems.However when i added two more computers to the collection the software got downloaded but did not get installed on them.I uninstalled the software in my machine and changed the program properties to 'Run with Administrative rights' instead of User rights and also chnaged the advertisement properties to 'download directly from distribution point'.This time the software got installed on the new two machines but not to my test machine.What could be the reason ?
