I have created a win7 OS install package and pointed to a folder I named ISO. In that folder is all the contents of Win7 Enterprise extraced from the ISO cd. When i choose that in the task sequence it never lays it down. If I choose and create a OS image and point to install.wim it works, but that not how it should be done.

I am just trying to join the Domian in a task sequence in the Apply Windows Settings and it never works. I got it to work for XP. Do I need to just do it in an unattend.xml or do I not need that?

I currently have a laptop with XP and it's in a domain and has the SCCM client. I want to refresh the XP image on it. Not even getting into USMT, how is this done? Everytime I try it fails, is it because after it wipes and formats then lays down the image and then it never gets the SCCM client again? Is it because it's already listed in SCCM as installed from before the refresh? How do I get around that? I can't do a computer assocition as it's already in sccm.
