When i right click on the machine in the collection and go to client log files - execmgr or cas and then click on yes for SMS trace i get a blank window.Of coure i can manually log on to the machine but why i am not able to check logs from the console ?

I am relatively new to SCCM.I have deployed a software to hundreds of machines.They are in the same network,have the same configuration etc.However the software is not distributed to one or two machines.What log files do i look in to in such a case.Cas ? execmgr ?
