Hi I am trying this now, and the client boots to the SCCM screen, I dont think it gets far enough to hit F8 part.. As I am on a VMware domain, how do I inject a driver inot the .wim? and any idea what driver is required? Keith

Hi I am running SCCM 2007 on a Server2003, all use same server (VM) All machines run in VM domain, everything is working well, I can install SCCM client fine, Advertisements work OK and apps deploy as they should. I am trying to use the system to deploy an OS, WDS etc is configured.. When the (VM) client PXE boots it finds the DHCP server fine and loads the SCCM screen comes on so the system is booting from the boot wim ok, but after a while the client reboots and goes through the same process again (looping). This is happening on all clients Thanks in advance Keith

Hi I have set up a lab, All on VM Server 2008 with sccm 2007, 1 VM client desktop XP SP3 server is working fine, I can conect my VM machine (XP SP3) to it fine and all is well. It creates a computer account fine. Sccm sees the XP machine in the correct place and pushes the sccm client to it with no problems, BUT after pushing the client sccm still says no client installed. If I re install the client it does indeed re install. On the client machine the sccm client cannot find the site code etc, this seems to be the problem. Firewall is off on all, and I can remote desktop from the server to the XP machine with no problems so connection seems fine please help Keith
