Hello! Just to give a brief intro...This is my first tech job and first forums account. I recently took over managing SCCM at the tech level and having a lot of issues, so I hope you all can help. The person I took over for didn't take notes on what he was doing and so I had to start from nothing but this big orange book. System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Unleashed I have worked through most of my issues but I can't seem to get past the following: I get "Missing Bootmgr" after I image a machine with an image I built. Currently we do have a Windows 7 image in place but it is old and needs to be updated. I have run through the steps to creating a new image with the Image Capture media and it captured just fine without errors. However, once I replace the old image with the new one (Same name) I get the "Missing Bootmgr" error after the image has installed and the computer restarts. I have to be missing something simple, I just have no clue what it is.
