Been checking out the new email approval feature for application requests in CB1810, however, I am running into an issue and can't seem to figure it out. To start, I can successfully request an application and SCCM triggers the alert and I successfully receive an email. However, when I attempt to approve or deny the request, I get a website security error and can't proceed. I am not using Azure integration and I am attempting this on my local intranet. Any ideas? We are testing deployment of applications that require administrator approval. I would like to enable the Service Desk to approve these requests. But I don't want to make them full blown admins, or even application administrators. What kind of custom (or built-in) security role do I need to create, and do I include the computer or user collections (or both) in the scope for this role? We're running SCCM current branch 1706.
