I have posted my initial (sanitised) project plan (It was originally in one-note and exported to .pdf) and documented the issues and solutions that arose post SP1 on my blog that may be of help to anyone about to go through the same process. Read about the fun I had here. Next up will be R2 which will hopefully have a lot less post-upgrade issues now SP1 has been applied. Incidentally, if anyone want a copy of my project plan in OneNote (it's a lot more readable and organised) then let me know.
