redolphn Posted February 28, 2014 Report post Posted February 28, 2014 We are running SCCM 2012 SP1 with CU4. When I add/import an OSD image into SCCM, it automatically copies the entire 10GB image into the "SCCMContentLib" folder on the main site server which I do not want. This causes us to then essentially have two copies of this large WIM file on the main site server (once in the "Data Source" location and again in the "SCCMContentLib" folder). Since the main site server is NOT used to pull down the images, I don't want to store it twice like this. Is there any way to have it NOT store the WIM file in the "SCCMContentLib" folder on the main site server? Thanks in advance! Apexes Posted March 3, 2014 Report post Posted March 3, 2014 I'm guessing you've got the primary site server setup as a DP also? - in which case, i think you should just be able to remove that distribution point from the content location of the OS image in properties.
