These are the default settings within SCCM, correct?

Try creating a new "Custom client device settings". Then configure the Remote Control with that and deploy it to the collection you want (All Systems??).

As you can see, I have a few. The default needs to be configured as well for a few different things, even though it has no DIRECT impact on other settings, it allows them to work in your custom settings.

Have you tried connecting to the actual IP address of a system using the remote control tool instead? Maybe DNS issues you have.

You say all systems have agent... from the systems itself can you manually force H/W S/W scans without error.

Can you WBEMTEST to the systems from the site server to make sure that WMI is good?

Looks like your agents are not communicating at all as they are not fully provisioned by looking at the 2 only available components.

Is your site or system components showing any errors? in particualr the Management Point?

For the remote control only: i got this error

1- ( A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (Error: 8007274C; Source: Windows)

2- Address Lookup failed for the target host: xxxxxxxxx

No such host is known. (Error: 80072AF9; Source: Windows)

3- Failed to connect to remote system. This can be caused by several conditions: system is turned off, system cannot be reached, windows firewall blocks TCP Port 2701, or remote control feature is disabled.

4-ent status message(30085) related to session with remote machine(xxxx)

BTW all ports are opening from SCCM to user network

You have a bigger problem other than Remote control.

Your clients are not provisioned thus the reason as to why you only see 2 actions and thus the reason why remote control and HW/SW inventories are not working.

Have you looked at the above to see if there are any errors/warnings?
