User notification at log off?

I've made a script to install Lync 2013 basic client with 2 popup screens telling the user that the program will kill outlook and internet explorer and the second is a message when it's installed. The package will run at log off so the popups aren't display.

 

How can I manage that the user is informed?

Hi,

If you run it on log off then you wouldn't need to inform the user? outlook will be shutdown anyway right?
