how to know which policies apply to PCs and Users?

Question

Hi people.

I need to know which policies are applied to users and pcs in the active directory. You know how I can get this information through power shell.
I have a list of computers and users in power saw a shell command called Get-GPO but this only brings me the GPO without users or workstation related to these.

if someone can guide me or help would appreciate it a lot
