SCCM 2012 R2 CU1+MDT 2013 no EN-GB Option

Hi I'm building a multi language UDI build and I see no EN-GB option in the UDI Wizard Designer ? anyone got any ideas how I can add the option, I need to build to work in the US and the UK as well as the rest of Europe with the correct keymap, Language etc
