Unable to set hostname in customsettings.ini

Question

I have my deployment up and largely touch free, but I am stumbling on getting the host name set properly. I want the hostname to be set as the serial number that is in the bios. Below is my customsettings.ini file with sensitive information redacted. Can someone take a look and see where I am going wrong? Additionally, I am being prompted to authenticate to access my deployment share. I have the fields in my bootstrap.ini file set for the service account, and it has read access to the deployment share.
