Microsoft Security Essentials on EndPoint

I have number of computers with MS Essentials. Will instaling Endpoint over configuration manager delete MS essentials or do i have to do it myself? Is there maybe some way to connect MS Essentials to Enpoint in SCCM?

SCEP should be able to automaticallyt uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials, however i'd test it first on a test system and see what happens.
