gvlaarho Posted June 26, 2014 Report post Posted June 26, 2014 Hello all, i have a problem with pxe: Description : Domain 1 : Dom.Domain1.com Domain 2 : Dom.Domain2.com PXE and SCCM : SCCM.Domain1.com PXE Server configured by DHCP Scope options 66 and 67 When I connect a computer from Dom.Domain1.com, no problem When I connect the same computer from Dom.Domain2.com, computer receive one IP from DHCP of Dom.Domain2.com computer connect well to the WDS of Dom.Domain1.com computer start the smsboot\x64\pxeboot.n12 When I look into the smspxe.log, I see that the image PRI00002 should be downloaded Computer show: downloading \smsboot\boot.sdi for about 30 second Computer stop the process with 0Xc0000001 A required Device isn’t connect or can’t be accessed I don’t understand what happens My question: is it possible on domain Dom.Domain2.com to use the wds of Dom.Domain1.com Thanks to all Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
gvlaarho Posted July 4, 2014 Report post Posted July 4, 2014 I have found the problem: I had to modify the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\SMS\DP\RamDiskTFTPBlockSize to 8192 instead of 16384 (changed a few times ago) After that, everything went ok except that it is extremely slow. I had to analyses the network possible issue, then after made a traceert, i have seen that there are too many drops and latency.
