passy Posted July 23, 2014 Report post Posted July 23, 2014 This is my first post on this formu and I wanna say hello. I created new user in AD which has limited permissions (ReadOnly Analyst) to SCCM and is limited to one collection. Is any way to limit user to see reports only in this one collection ? for example If I run Compliance 5 report I`m able to select one of All System devices. passy Posted July 24, 2014 Report post Posted July 24, 2014 OK. Thanks for reply. Can you tell me how to do this in R2 ?
GarthMJ Posted July 24, 2014 Report post Posted July 24, 2014 You have already done it by creating RBA roles. All default Reports will only show the user what PCs/ Collections they have access too. For Custom report that is a bit trickier and you need to adjust you report to leverage RBA.
