do you mean you want to uninstall the configMgr client on these 10 computers ? or do you want to uninstall SCCM on 10 site servers, please clarify

if it's a SCCM site server then you must uninstall it using Programs and features in Control Panel, then selecting System Center Configuration Manager 2007 and choosing uninstall. Give it time to complete it's tasks so that it can remove it's settings from Active Directory.

 

Failure to remove it like this will mean that it has information left in the System Management container in AD assuming that you extended the schema for sccm
