Please provide more information. Like, is WSUS local, or remote? Version of WSUS? Did WSUS succesfully install?

Yes WSUS installed fine I did uninstall and reinstalled

Hi,

Have you configured the SUP to sync from Windows Update? are there any errors in the WCM.log file or the Wsuscontrol.log file? Server 2012 by default use port 8530 for WSUS, but the SCCM setup wizard uses port 80 as default, did you select the correct port?

I fixed it! I had to wait for the wsus to finish synching. I also gave wsus full rights in SQL and ran patches

Not sure which fixed it but its working
