Updates are not all installed

Hi Guys,

 

I have many machine that I made with SCCM 2007 but now upgraded with the SCCM 2012 Client (from SCCM 2012).

I was able to install many different update, flash, adobe, microsoft …. but I am having problems with these

If I do the same operation but with a machine that was made from the beginning with SCCM 2012 I have no problems, even Apple application support and Java update are working.

Do you have any suggestion?

I have been looking on Internet, found some suggestion but no one worked :-(

 

As I said, on machine made with SCCM 2012 all is ok, in machine made with SCCM 2007 with 2012 client only few updates gives this error.

Still fighting with this problem!

 

What I found is that in the folder, Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download the 2 updates Java and Apple application support are not there, all the others, Flash, windows, adobe updates …are there.

I don’t understand why I have this kind of problem only in the machine where I update the sccm 2007 client to the 2012.

In machine made with SCCM 2012 all updates are in Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder ...

I'd be curious to hear if anyone has resolved this problem. I am only using SCUP for Flash updates, but I am having the same issue where the Flash updates install perfectly on a system imaged with the SCCM 2012 client, but fail on a system upgraded from SCCM 2007 to 2012.

 

I have the certificate and GPO settings configured correctly. If I didn't, the patches wouldn't install at all. So, I'm confused why it's just broken on clients upgraded from 2007.

I'm seeing this issue too, since I had to reinstall WSUS and the SCCM 2012 SUP for another issue. I only use SCUP for Adobe Reader updates. I have Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 8.1 64-bit clients with the exact same issues. Can't see what's going wrong. The certs are getting to the machines, Trusted Publishers and TRusted Root..

Correct GRoup Policy is visible in gpedit.msc etc

Would be to hear if any possible solutions out there.
